## Which payment providers do you work with?

Stripe, Adyen, PayPal and Braintree, Square, Checkout.com and Authorize.net, plus wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, buy now pay later with Klarna and Affirm, and bank payments through Plaid and ACH. For subscriptions we also work with Chargebee, Recurly and Paddle, and for sales tax with Stripe Tax and Avalara. We help you pick the right one for your markets, fees and risk, or work with the one you already have.

## What payment work do you do?

Checkout and payment links, subscriptions with plans and trials, invoicing, usage based billing, marketplaces and payouts to sellers with Stripe Connect or Adyen for Platforms, customer portals, refunds, disputes, receipts, multi currency, and the admin views your team needs to support customers.

## Why do payment integrations go wrong?

Mostly webhooks and retries. Events arrive late, twice, or out of order, and a timeout can make a client retry a charge. We use idempotency keys on every request, make every webhook handler idempotent, verify signatures, and reconcile against the provider's records, so nobody is charged twice or left without access they paid for.

## Can you switch providers or add a second one?

Yes. We migrate customers, saved payment methods and subscriptions between providers where the providers support it, and we can route payments across two processors for redundancy or lower fees by region.

## Can you add billing to an existing product?

Yes. We map your plans and limits, connect them to your accounts and features, and migrate existing customers carefully. MenteDB Cloud, our own product, runs its plans and billing on Stripe.

## Do you handle ecommerce?

We integrate Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and custom storefronts with inventory, fulfillment and accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero and NetSuite, and build the checkout and subscription flows around them.

## Is it secure and PCI compliant?

We use the provider's hosted fields or checkout so card data goes straight to the processor and never touches your servers, which keeps your PCI scope as small as possible. Keys live in a secrets manager, access is least privilege, and every payment path has tests.
